Outdoor cam is offline even though connected to wifi

Offline - Can’t use live view, can’t access previously recorded clips. Router/wifi working fine. Settings shows the camera is connected to wifi but the live view image says “camera is offline” and has a wifi symbol with line through it. If I take the camera down to resync I will lose all recorded footage/restore to factory settings. Is there a way to get online without losing everything and ideally without taking the camera down?

Same has happened to my Solocam S40 today. Been working fine since I installed earlier this week with faultless wifi connection, until today.
I have been reading lots of information about when Eufy servers are down, users get the “Cannot connect” message. Are there server errors at the moment??
