Seriously - how does Eufy not have a Range Extension solution… or are not overt in how to solve?? Do I need to move away from Eufy for what I would think is not a significant range requirement.
I need cameras placed up to 80m from the Homebase 3 (shed at end of garden)- I can get WiFi here but HB3 has ~30m range (looking at the Solo S340 cameras) - but as I want centralised data backup (not paying for a subscription for multiple cameras), along with the AI features of HB3, … to get this, I need to have HB3 as the connection… thus I need some help / guidance…
As I understand it, although I can connect the cameras into my WiFi mesh network it cannot then use the HB3 for its features (recording, AI, etc.) .
I am hoping someone can give me the details on how to enable/ resolve / address extending the Eufy range - I am a Eufy fan, but this seems to be a very large oversight.
A non-response by Eufy, could be the driver to buy a Swann MaxRanger V2 setup
