I just bought a smart lock, the Bluetooth one, not the wifi one.
When trying to configure via eufy security app, the smart lock won’t pair to Bluetooth. It keeps saying to fail the Bluetooth connection.
I already tried to reset the lock, take the batteries off and tried again and again the steps that the app says, but it will simply not work.
Any help?
I have same problem. My SMART lock won’t pair via bluetooth.
