My smart lock touch and wifi was connected to wifi just fine. Worked for a while. Then it went offline. Since then it came back online for a few minutes once. I am 1200 km away from home. I bought it so I can provide access to someone who may need access to. If it’s offline, how could I do that? Defeats the purpose all together.
