You state the external components of the smart lock are water proof? What about the part facing inside? Can your locks be used on an external fence gate as an example?
No, the internal part of the lock houses the batteries and electronics so its not waterproof on the inside

Are you able to install it on an external gate with housing?
We are in need of a smart lock that the keypad side is exposed to the weather as well as the otherside. Is this possible?
