Still unable to connect

I am still unable to reconnect my home base to the Eufy app. This is the worst communication and failure for a company that boasts about their reliability and customer service. If I am unable to connect by tomorrow I am boxing up my 1 week old system and returning it and will go with a bigger name.

You cannot have a failure of this magnitude when you’re dealing with people’s security, safety and property.

Our server is OK right now. Can you contact support@eufylife.com to initiate the trouble shooting process? This maybe not caused by the server problem.

Well, I contacted support after waiting an hour they told me to restart my modem/router and the home base and reinstall the app, these were canned messages with 0 troubleshooting done. I did all of this, guess what… it still doesn’t connect.

You all have lost a customer.
