167 I have doorbell E340 and camera solocam S340 connected to HB3 (S380). Today noticed no notification when Amazon left a package, so going to the app to see events, no video events were recorded today, when normally at noon I had already several from pets, USPS, Amazon, etc. Tried to see live image from my 2 cameras, and seems like they were not connected to the HB3. Clicked to the HB3 picture and could see the the icons of my doorbell and camera there and that they are connected. Looked into my router and confirmed HB3 was connected. Clicked the option "restart device" but no improvement. Disconnected and connected power from hb3 but still not OK. Since router was nearby, I connected an ethernet cable to HB3… and it looks like now I can connect to cameras and see live footage. But under events, I cannot see any camera events from today… and looking yesterday’s , I can see video events, but they are unable to play indicating "the file has been deleted due to overwriting or manually deleting". Its strange because HB3 indicates 30% of storage is available. Now, I went to front door to have doorbell detect me… but no notification received on phone neither a recording on history. I clicked the ring button which actually ringed, and received notification… but looking again on history, nothing for today. Also noticed that before switching from wifi to ethernet it immediately changed available storage from 80% to 30%. \n
