Time jumps in recordings

Just installed our 2K video battery doorbell. When I look back events in the app I notice that some of the recordings have some time jumps. For example, when I look back a 40 sec recording it jumps from 0:02 to 0:17 and from 0:21 to 0:34 in stead of playing the whole clip. Is this normal, or a setting that I somewhere need to adjust or a fault in the system?

My 2k rrcording do es not skip.

Downloaded clip or review hroigh playback.
Check wifi strrngth.

Hmz… sad to hear it’s not a standard feature what I can’t solve by adjusting some settings.

A ticket has been submitted a few days ago. Received a message back that they don’t have a direct solution for it and they need to do more research on the issue.

Not using a SD card as it came with a homebase. About 14gb of storage space is still available.

Few clips downloaded. When playing a clip, it skips part of the clip from time to time; I can see the clip is 40 sec long in total, but in the missing time frame for example 0:04-0:17, the clip stands still as it didn’t record anything within that time frame.

Wifi signal is powered up to the max. That’s not it…

probably firmware is busy with something else.
check your router security. I set my Eufy no roaming access to Internet.

how saturated is your area with wifi.
change channel

I also have the same problem with time jumping. Downloaden fragments are okay.

I have exactly the same issue with my eufy cam2,did you find a solution?
