I’m unable to watch video (live or recorded) from iphone app (4g or wifi) but it’ possible from eufy website.
it’s working when i’m on the same network than the home base
What’s wrong?
I’v try different configuration for the homebase (wifi or cable) without any impact on my problem.
All components are up to date in the last version.
My system : eufy cam e + 3 camera.
iphone version iphone 7 or iphone 12 on ios 15.1
