We recently purchased and installed a Eufy Video Doorbell 2K and have encountered some issues. When the doorbell does sense motion and record, it is wonderful. However, we’re finding it has a 50% hit rate and misses a lot of motion. All the settings are set to the max and the activity area is set properly. The issues we are encountering are:

The camera will completely miss a car or person walking by

It will only record for 1 second, even though the settings are set at 60 seconds

It will record for 60 seconds, but during playback - it will only play the first 3-5 seconds…then skip to the end of the last few seconds. If you download the clip, it simply freezes in the middle

It records for 60 seconds but the video only plays for 2-3 seconds while the slider bar at the bottom moves super quick to the end
Again, all settings are correct and it does record and playback properly half the time. It unfortunately, decided to only record for 1 second while our neighbour was porch pirated.
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
